Capelli New York Women's Quilted Rain Boots - Size 9 - Black Classic mid-calf rain boot with quilted diamond stitching, gold-tone buckle strap, and rear pull tabs. 100% rubber upper and sole. Insole and sole marked Capelli New York 9 Made in China. Measurements: Approx. 9 shaft height, low lug heel. Condition: PRE-OWNED - FAIR / AS IS. The right boot has significant fraying / chewing damage along the top collar edge (see photos 2, 3, 5, 6). The left boot has light fraying at the top edge. Soles show light wear but good tread. No cracks or leaks noted on lower boot, but selling AS IS due to damage at top. Could be worn as garden boots, for crafting/repair, or DIY.
