1920s sewing pattern, Standard Pattern 2516, for age 4 years, chest 22”

Antique sewing pattern for a child’s “night drawers”, what we would call a onesie.  The pattern pieces are unprinted and use punched out dots to indicate grainline, etc. You can learn online how to understand and use unprinted patterns.  The instructions are printed on the back of the envelope, not on a separate instructions sheet. The envelope is fragile/brittle. It will come in a clear cellophane envelope and I suggest leaving it in there to preserve it better.  I also suggest tracing the pattern pieces onto new paper so you can write on them and add the seam allowance that you want.  From a smoke free and pet free home.
