RARE Beth Piver Steampunk Mixed Metal Acrobat Pin Brooch Pendant Converter Sz OS

This is a handmade, mixed-metals Acrobat brooch/pin by artist Beth Piver, a piece of late 20th-century American craft movement wearable art. It has an integrated loop on the back to be worn as a necklace pendant. The artist titled this specific design Acrobat, drawing inspiration from circus and sideshow imagery. It is constructed using cold-connection techniques (rivets, nuts, and bolts), giving it a distinctive steampunk aesthetic. The piece incorporates a variety of mixed metals, including brass, copper, and textured nickel. Details include a two-faced moon face, a central star, and spinner hands.  It is signed by the artisan and truly a one-of-a-kind piece you will not find anywhere else. This was handed down to me, but a collector will love this and give it more life than I can.   * Size: One Size (OS). * Condition: Good vintage condition.
