Vintage 1985 Lenci Sirenetta Felt Doll 21” C.B. 257 1934 Model Box COA Italy

WHAT IT IS: Vintage 1985 Lenci “Sirenetta” collectible felt art doll, handmade in Torino, Italy. This limited-edition Lenci production recreates an original model created in 1934.  Sirenetta measures approx. 21” tall and features expressive hand-painted facial details, blonde curled hair, dramatic red hat, and a black felt ensemble accented in red, pink and olive.  Includes her original Lenci presentation box, attached Certificato di Origine tag and original authentication certificate. Certificate identifies her as Sirenetta / C.B. 257, limited to 999 examples and dated January 1985.  CONDITION: Doll is in excellent vintage condition. Felt is clean with strong color; face, hair, clothing, hat, shoes and attached tag are beautifully preserved.  Original box is in good vintage condition with age/storage wear, including edge/corner wear, scuffing and paper loss as pictured. Interior is very clean. Certificate has curling/creasing from rolled storage.  MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 21” tall  NOTE: This is an authentic 1985 Lenci production based on a 1934 original Lenci model, not a doll manufactured in 1934.
