Vintage Thermalene Lucite Fish Serving‎ Dish MCM Acrylic Platter DeLand FL

Vintage Thermalene lucite fish serving dish — clear acrylic molded in the shape of a fish, made by Thermalene Products Inc. of DeLand, Florida. Thermalene was an American plastics company producing mid-century modern lucite serveware through the 1960s and 70s — their pieces have become genuinely collectible among MCM enthusiasts. This fish dish is a sculptural serving piece as much as a functional one: the sweeping fish form reads as a piece of space-age design that works as a fruit bowl, a catchall, or a conversation piece on a sideboard. Measures approximately 12–13 inches in length. Clear acrylic/lucite. Wipe clean. Good Vintage Condition — Please review photos carefully. Expected light surface scratching consistent with age; no cracks or chips observed. A piece of American plastic design history.
