Description
Add a touch of turn-of-the-century elegance to your collection with this gorgeous antique Art Nouveau porcelain bowl and plate set from RS Germany (Reinhold Schlegelmilch, Tillowitz). Masterfully hand-painted, this set features vibrant red and soft white tulips against a beautifully blended cream and pastel background. The scalloped rims are highlighted with an intricate, heavy gold fretwork gilt border. Both pieces bear the authentic green 'R.S. Germany' star mark on the back, dating production to the early 1900s. Perfect as cabinet display pieces or as a focal point for your vintage Victorian table styling or tea party. Great antique condition. No crazing, chips or cracks and normal wear for an antique item.
