Deep Fat Frying Mesh Basket, Pan Grate and a Paper Cookbook

The cookbook with Eric Theiss includes recipes and tips tailored for the Copper Chef 9.5 deep square pan. Lightweight. Clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The cookbook has 27 recipes. The front cover is in great condition. There is a water spot and some surface scratching on the back cover. The spine is staple bound and intact. There is no handwriting inside the cookbook.  The deep that frying basket is approximately 8 square and 3 deep. It has a detachable handle. It has never been used because I have two. It fits the 9.5 deep square Copper Chef pan.  The pan grate has little legs on it. The plastic is still intact over the top surface. It also fits the 9.5 deep square Copper Chef pan.   Sold as is from a smoker and cat friendly home.  #10 B1
