Using custom-made leather insoles (approximately 4mm thick), I estimate the size to be around a Red Wing Engineer Boot 6D.
There is no steel toe.
I acquired these used over 10 years ago and have worn them considerably. They were resoled with Vibram 1010 at Fukurokuju. After that, I had shark soles put on at a local shoe repair shop. The heel was also added because it was insufficient.
