Due to recent price increases in raw materials, many rods priced over 20,000 yen now use Hard Guides or Alconite (both resin) instead of SIC guides.

SIC = Second hardest material after diamond, with excellent slipperiness and heat dissipation. It is a high-performance guide that is highly compatible with PE lines, minimizing damage to the line and friction heat.

There are some minor scratches from approximately 5 uses, but no noticeable damage.
